Addon

kozy-eso BuildPort sends your character from the game to the Build Editor. Type one command and your gear, skills and passives are already filled in, with your stat sheet calculated.

What it exports

  • Class, race, attribute points, the class skill lines you use (subclassing) and your class masteries
  • Equipped gear: set, trait, enchant type and quality
  • Both skill bars, including scribed skills with their grimoire and scripts
  • Purchased passives, active mundus stone, food or drink, and slotted champion stars

The editor then calculates your stats from it. Gear that is not legendary is listed in an import report, and champion points are assumed maxed, as the editor says in its stat panel.

Quick install with Minion

Minion is the free addon manager from the ESOUI team. It finds your game folder, installs addons in one click and keeps them updated.

  1. Install Minion from minion.mmoui.com and open it.
  2. Search for kozy-eso BuildPort in the addon list and click Install.
  3. Search for LibAddonMenu-2.0 and install it too. The addon needs this library and Minion does not install it for you, so the addon will not load without it.
  4. Start the game, enable addons (allow out-of-date addons if asked), then type /kozyexport.

When a new version comes out, Minion offers the update, so you do not have to come back here.

Manual install

  1. Download kozy-eso BuildPort on ESOUI. It needs the library LibAddonMenu-2.0, available there too.
  2. Copy the KozyEsoBuildPort folder toDocuments\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\.
  3. Start the game and enable addons (allow out-of-date addons if the game asks).
  4. Type /kozyexport in the chat. The game shows the address and asks you to confirm before opening it.
  5. Your browser opens the Build Editor with your character. Save it to your account or share the link.

If the browser does not open, type /reloadui, then paste the text the addon saved on theimport page. The last export is kept inSavedVariables\KozyEsoBuildPort.lua.

Commands

  • /kozyexport opens your build in the editor
  • /kozyexport debug prints the raw data and any error in the chat, useful for a bug report
  • A key binding is available in Esc, Settings, Controls, Add-Ons, kozy-eso BuildPort
  • The addon settings panel has an Export now button

Good to know

  • The addon sends nothing by itself and does not act on your character. The data travels in the link you confirm.
  • English game client only: names are matched in English.
  • Not affiliated with ZeniMax or Bethesda. Game data comes from UESP.
